摘要
简要地综述了在烟草调制和存放过程中烟草特有亚硝胺 (TSNA)的形成 ,以及采用微波辐射降低TSNA的原理、方法、效果和应用前景。
The formation of TSNAs in tobacco during curing and storage and principle, methods, results, and commercial use for reducing the content of TSNAs in tobacco by microwave radiation were briefly reviewed.
