摘要
目的 :探讨大疱性类天疱疮 (BP)的治疗方法。方法 :用二甲胺四环素治疗 31例BP患者的疗效观察。结果 :31例BP中 ,19例治愈、11例显效后出院 ,仅 1例因病情较重无效。结论 :以二甲胺四环素为主的治疗方案 ,可以替代激素疗法 ,从而减轻治疗过程中因长期使用皮质类固醇激素而产生的副作用 。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the treatment method of bullous pemphigoid. METHODS: 31 bullous pemphigoid patients were treated with tetracycline to observe the effect of the agent. RESULTS: after the treatment with tetracycline, 19 cases were cured, 11 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective because of severe sign. CONCLUSION: using tetracycline substituting corticosteriod to treat bullous pemphigoid can decrease the side effect of long-term using corticosteriod. It is valuable to develop and study more.
