新疆四种肉苁蓉中氨基酸成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 作者研究新疆产的4种肉苁蓉的氨基酸成分,其方法采用常规的氨基酸提取法和日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪进行定量分析。分析结果表明,管花肉苁蓉中总氨基酸含量为0.083%,并测出11种氢基酸,盐生肉苁蓉中总氨基酸含量为0.749%,测出17种氨基酸,其中精氨酸含量为0.215%,还测出了半胱氨酸。 Several amino acids were extracted from four species of Cistanche genus respectively with routine method and determined by HITACHI 835—50 model amino acid analyse apparatus. The results showed that in Cistanche tubulosa, tatol amino acid was 0.083% and 11 kinds of amino acids, were determined, in Cistanche salsa tatol amino acid was 0.749% and 17 kinds of amino acids were determined. Among them Arg. was 0.215% and Cys. was also detected out.
