摘要
本文对接触苯、甲苯的作业女工血清中过氧化脂质(LPO)、红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)进行了测定分析。其结果为:(1)接触组女工血中LPO、SOD含量均明显高于对照组。说明苯、甲苯使作业女工体内脂质过氧化反应增强。(2)WBC计数与LPO、SOD和GSHPx含量均呈负相关,提示随着脂质过氧化反应增强WBC计数降低。因此,作者认为脂质过氧化反应增强是苯、甲苯导致WBC计数降低的重要因素,LPO和SOD作为判断苯、甲苯对人体危害的早期监测指标具有一定的意义。
The lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) were analysed for female workers exposed to benzene and toluene.The results showed: (1) The contents of LPO,SOD in the exposed group were obviously higher than those in the control group. It indicated that the reaction of lipid peroxidation in benzene and toluene exposed group was stronger. (2) White blood cell (WBC) was in negative correlation with LPO,SOD and GSH-Px. It suggested that the stronger of the reaction of lipid peroxidation,the lower of WBC count. Our studies indicated that a strengthened lipid peroxidation might be an important factor of benzene induced intoxation for WBC, LPO and SOD have certain values in the early monitoring indices for judgement of hazards of benzene and toluene to the worker.
