摘要
我国期货市场经过十年的规范与整顿,市场结构日趋合理,运作更加规范,法制环境有了较大改善,市场监管能力显著提高,市场功能开始显现。同时,也面临着资金匮乏和品种结构不合理等一系列问题。在我国即将加入WTO和国际资本市场一体化进程日益加快的新形势下,我们应该站在整个宏观经济的高度来认识期货市场的作用,通过加强品种创新、制度创新、技术创新,加强人力资源开发和市场开发力度等手段,推动期货市场的进一步发展和完善,服务于国民经济发展的需要。
After ten years of regulation, Chinese futures market has made great strides. The market structure,the legal environment and the supervision ability of the futures market have improved greatly.The economic function of the futures market has been seen.At the same time,Chinese futures market faced some problems such as lack of capital and unreasonable product structures. As we get ready to enter the WTO, we should recognize the functions of futures market,both economically and strategically.To accelerate the pace of the development of Chinese futures market, we should strengthen product innovation,system innovation and technology innovation,strengthen market development and human resource development.
