入世在即,外资金融机构加入银行间债券市场已为期不远,由此将给市场带来激烈的竞争,更将对市场的发展起到深远和积极的影响。目前,国内商业银行在参与债券市场的运作中还存在诸多问题,必须在转变业务经营思路、加强人才储备和培养、积极学习国外先进的发展经验,强化创新意识、加强业务合作等方面采取积极的应对措施,方能抵御被市场淘汰的危机。
As China's entry into the WTO gets closer, it will not be long when foreign financial institutions participate in the interbank bond market. Their participation will not only bring high competitions to the interbank bond market, but also has a profound and positive influence on the development of the market. At the moment, it is beset with problems over the domestic commercial banks participation in the interbank bond market. They must take active measures such as changing the management idea, intensifying the training and promoting persons with abilities, learning from experiences from other countries and strengthening the cooperations business to avoid getting sidelined.
