摘要
采用三醋酸纤维素 (CTA)为膜材料 ,环丁砜作溶剂 ,以聚乙二醇 (PEG)为主、加入适量其它添加剂组合成多元型致孔剂 ,通过冻胶法纺丝 ,制得中空纤维纳滤 (NF)膜 .该膜在给水质量浓度 2 0 0 0mg/L、操作压力 1.0MPa、水温 2 5℃条件下 ,对MgSO4 、NaCl的脱除率分别大于 96%和小于 5 0 % ,透水量均大于 2 .5mL/ (cm2 ·h) .还讨论了纺丝配方。
The manufacturing method and formulation of a nanofiltration membrane are discussed in this paper. With cellulose triacetate (CTA) as membrane material, thiophen sulfone as solvent, and polyethyleneglycol(PEG) with proper amount of other additives as multi-element pore-forming agent, a high performance hollow fiber nanofiltration (NF) membrane is prepared by gel-freezing method. When feed water is 2 000 mg/L NaCl solution, operating pressure and feed water temperature are 1.0 MPa and 25 ℃ respectively, the NaCl salt rejection and water flux are less than 50% and 2.5 mL/(cm 2·h) respectively; while feed water is 2 000 mg/L MgSO 4, the operating parameters are the same as above, the MgSO 4 salt rejection and water flux reach 96% and 2.5 mL/(cm 2·h) respectively. Meanwhile the effect of some factors such as, formulation of membrane-making solution, heat treatment temperature as well as operating conditions on hollow fibre membrane performance are also discussed.
