摘要
自 1999年以来 ,河南省吸引外资出现了连年下降的趋势 ,严重制约了河南省的经济发展。文中分析了河南省吸引外资存在的主要问题 ,指出招商手段落后、企业缺乏积极性、重硬件轻软件、人才资源匮乏等 ,是产生这些问题的根本原因。笔者对今后河南省吸引外资提出了几点建议。
From 1999,Henan province's attraction of foreign capital is successivly reducing,which badly restricts economy development of Henan province. This article analyzed the main problems of Henan province's attraction of foreign capital and pointed out some essential reasons, such as uncultured means,lacking enthusiasm,making light of software and so on. Finally,some proposal are presented for attracting foreign capital.
