摘要
本文讨论了凸轮及挺柱的材料和工艺进行匹配组合,并在专用模拟试验设备上按规定的条件进行快速模拟试验。试验结果表明,球铁凸轮与钢挺柱的配对方案为最佳,其性能达到1100型柴油机的设计要求。
The cam-tappet rubbing pairs matched with different materials and technics are discussed in this paper. A series of simulated experiments in these rubbing pairs are made on the special simulated experimental equipments under given conditions. The tests show that the ductile iron cam is the best match for the steel tappet and their friction performance reaches the design requirements of Type 1100 diesel.
