摘要
A/D转换电路的结构和功能较复杂 ,其内部所包含的单元既有模拟电路又有数字电路 ,是模拟与数字系统相结合的典型电路。但由于采用传统器件设计转换速度不高 ,为此 ,在十进制数转化为二进制数的数学原理基础上提出一种采用新型器件的 A DC电路设计方法。该电路的特点是超高速 ,其转换速度可以达到 40 0 MHz,同时由于其采用的器件价格较低 ,所以电路系统的性价比较高。
The structure of A/D conversion circuit is very complex and typical for it includes both analog and digital circuits, but the conversion speed is not high because of the utilization of traditional devices. In the paper,a design method of ADC with new devices is presented based on the mathematical principle of converting decimal digit to binary digit .The presented circuit is ultra-high in speed,which is up to 400 MHz,and the circuit system has high performance-price ratio for low price devices are adopted in the circuit.
