摘要
随着退耕还林工程的正式启动 ,很有必要采用先进的计算机网络技术对工程进行日常管理。本系统应用动态ASP (ActiveServerPages)技术 ,结合SQLServer数据库 ,在Windows 2 0 0 0操作系统平台上。通过建立远程管理Web页面和用户端动态页面 ,实现了退耕还林工程管理的自动化、远程化 ,提高了管理与工作效率 。
As the formal start of conversion arable land to forest land, it is necessary to conduct the daily management through advanced techniques such as computer and network. By using the techniques of Active Server Pages (ASP), combining with SQL Server database, the management system introduced here could be used under the operating system of Windows 2000. Through establishing Web page layout for distance management, and dynamic page layout for users, the engineering of conversion of arable land to forest land could be managed automatically and even at long distance, therefore the efficiency of management could be increased. Staff at management level and decision_maker could also get the information in time.
