选择性破坏胰岛A细胞的大鼠空肠肌间神经丛胆碱能末梢VAChT的定量研究

摘要 目的 探讨胰岛A细胞与肠胆碱能神经的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP方法检测硝酸钴选择性破坏胰岛A细胞的大鼠空肠肌间神经丛胆碱能末梢VAChT阳性反应物的变化 (注钴后 1,2 ,3,4,6 ,10d) ,并进行显微图象定量分析。结果 注钴后 2d开始 ,VAChT阳性反应物显著减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ;尤以 3,4d后最为显著 (P <0 0 1) ,10天后恢复。 Objective To study the relation between islet A cells and the function of cholinergic nerve. Method Using immunohistochemistry and microimage analysis to observe the change of VAChT (after 1,2,3,4,6,10 days injected with cobalt nitrate) in auerbach plexus of jejunum in rats with selective injured islet A cells by cobalt nitrate. Results The positive reactive substance of jejunal vehicle acetylcholine transpore (VAThT) significantly reduced on 2nd days (P<0.05), and more significant on 3,4 days (P<0.01) after injury compared with the normal control and recovered to normal on 10 days. Conclusion Islet A cells possibly participate in the regulation of the function of the cholinergic nerve of intestine.
