摘要
本文通过1,2:4,5-二-O-异亚丙基-β-D-赤式-2,3-己二酮-2,6-吡喃糖(1)分别与羟胺和苯甲酰肼缩合,得到了肟(2)和腙(3)。由元素分析,IR,~1H,^(13)C-NMR谱证实了其结构并说明了2的构型及3的互变异构体。
In this paper, we synthesized 1, 2: 4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-erythro-2,3-hexodiulo-2,6-pyranose oxime(2) and benzoylhydrazone(3) by the condensation of 1,2: 4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-erythro-2,3-hexodiulo-2,6-pyranos(1) with NH_2OH and PhCONHNH_2. Their structures and the configuration of 2 and the interconversional isomer(6) of 3 were confirmed depending on their elemental analysis and IR, ~1H, ^(13)C-NMR spectrum datum.
