摘要
目的 :研究单根牙牙槽骨吸收程度与最大牙合力的关系。方法 :选择 37例牙周病患者 ,710个单根牙 ,记录其前牙超覆牙合情况 ,拍摄牙片 ,测量每个受试牙的牙槽骨吸收程度和最大牙合力。结果 :最大牙合力值因个体间和牙位不同存在明显差异。当左右同名牙牙槽骨高度相近时 ,最大牙合力值相近。最大牙合力值与牙槽骨吸收程度有着明显的相关性 ,牙槽骨吸收程度增加 ,最大牙合力降低。牙周病易于导致前牙覆牙合深、超牙合大的牙合型。结论 :牙槽骨高度影响最大牙合力 。
AIM: To investigate the influences of alveolar bone resorption on bite force of single root teeth through a descriptive survey. METHODS: A total of 710 teeth from 37 patients with moderate to advanced periodontal disease were examined. A HL-85 bite force dynameter was used to record the maximum bite force. Periapical radiographs were taken to determine the amount of bone loss. The type of overjet and overbite had also been recorded. RESULTS: The values of maximum bite force were various according to the individuals and the site of teeth in dental arch. As far as one person is concerned, the same teeth of the other side seem to have the same values of maximum bite force if they have the same bone support level. The values of maximum bite force were well correlated with the degree of alveolar bone resorption. Alveolar bone resorption resulted in decreasing of the value of maximum bite force. Periodontal disease may also change the overbite and overjet relationship of anterior teeth. CONCLUSION: The value of maximum bite force is affected by the level of bone support. Periodontal disease will lead to occlusal disharmony and functional compromise.
