摘要
目的 :探讨酶免法检测 HBe Ag假阳性的原因。方法 :标本分别采用 30 0 0 rpm离心 0 ,6 ,9,12 ,15 ,18m in,取上清液检测。结果 :标本经离心 6 m im以上 ,本底皆干净 ,没有 HBe Ag假阳性结果。结论 :经过充分离心处理的标本无 HBe Ag假阳性检出。
This paper discusses the causes of HBeAg false positive reaction detected by enzyme immunoassay. The serum samples were separated by centrifugation at the speed of 3,000 rpm respectively for 0, 6, 12, 15 and 18 minutes, obtaining supernatant fluid for examination. Consequently, after centrifugalization for over 6 minutes, the background was very clean and no HBeAg false positive reaction was found. In conclusion, no HBeAg false positive reaction was detected from the centrifugalized samples.
