摘要
筛选出了以ZrO2 —SnO2 为基体的复合催化剂 ,确定了催化剂的配方及生产工艺 ,经小试和单管模试验以后 ,在 80 0t/aN -乙烯基吡咯烷酮 (简称NVP)生产装置上 ,以 70 %N -羟乙基吡咯烷酮 (简称NHP)水溶液为原料 ,在 340～ 35 0℃ ,液相空速 1.0～ 1.4h- 1 (kg/kg)条件下 ,取得了良好结果。
The complex catalyst that is base on ZrO 2-SnO 2 was screened out,and its formula and production technique was ascertained.After small-scale examination and single pipe modal examination,at 800t/a N-vinyl-pyrrolidone's(NVP) production equipment,70 percent N-(hydroxy ethyl)pyrrolidone(NHP)water solution was material,in 340～350 degree and liquid airspeed was 1.0～1.4h -1 (kg/kg), the research acquired quite good result.
