摘要
高压共轨柴油机依赖于高速电磁阀实现燃油喷射的柔性控制。本方法提出了一种基于功率吸收原理的电磁阀驱动电路 ,能迅速实现电磁阀磁场能的加载和卸载 ,从而高效快速地实现了高速电磁阀的驱动与控制。仿真计算表明这一方法能明显提高驱动电路的工作效率 ,降低驱动电路的热损耗 ,解决了功率器件的散热问题 ,并且有利于抑制电压尖峰 。
High-speed solenoid valve is applied in the flexible control of high-pressure common rail diesel engine.A circuitry of Electronic Drive Unit (EDU) based on power absorb principle used in high-speed solenoid valve is proposed.By promptly loading or unloading magnetic energy of solenoid valve,the circuitry can implement the drive and control of EDU efficiently and rapidly.Simulation presents that this principle can remarkably improve the efficiency of EDU,and diminish its heat loss,and solves the heat radiation problem of its power devices.In addition,the proposed principle can restrain the pinnacle of voltage,and reduce the pollution of electromagnetic field.
