摘要
人因事故作为人机系统的最主要事故源,对系统安全有着重要的影响。文章探讨了人因失误的基本特征,介绍了人因事件根本原因分析方法的基本思路与实施程序,并在此基础上提出了安全管理、教育与主动型多重防御体系的人因事件预防策略。
Human Error, as a main factor leading to the accidents of Human-machine System, plays an active role in the precaution of human factors accidents under the condition that it's mechanism and root causes are explored. The essay discusses the recognition behavior characteristic of human being and the basic features inducing human factor errors. It introduces the fundamentals thoughts and conducting procedures of the analyze methods of human factor accidents, on the bases of which a human factor accident precautionary strategy of safety management, education and initiative defense-in-depth system is put forward.
