摘要
通过带血管蒂大转子骨瓣与游离髂骨瓣移植重建股骨头的手术方法治疗重症股骨头坏死 2 4髋。分析了治疗前后X线片坏死股骨头头颈面积、头颈高度与正常值百分比以及功能评分。结果坏死股骨头头颈面积由 75 .17± 3 .0 1增加到 85 .87± 3 .0 1(P <0 .0 5 ) ,头颈高度由 81.0 6± 1.87增加到 91.2 7± 0 .87(P <0 .0 0 1) ;功能评分有明显改善。
Twenty four cases of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in grievous lesion were treated with reconstruction of the femoral head by transplanting vascular pedicled greater trochanter bone flap and free iliac bone flap. The ratio of the area, height of neck of the necrotic femoral head to the normal value, and assessment of function of pre treatment and post treatment were analyzed. The results showed that the ratio of the area were improved to 85.87±3.01 from 75.17±3.01(P<0.05), the ratio of height were improved to 91.27±0.87 from 81.06±1.87(P< 0.001 ), the functional evaluation of hip were improved evidently. It was suggested that this method of treatment has satisfactory effect in improving and repairing grievous dent of the femoral head.
