摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术,制备出粒径在5nm~20nm范围的TiO2粉体,并通过红外、X-衍射、Roman光谱技术对该粉体进行表征。此外,还对纳米材料制备过程中影响微粒粒径的有关因素进行较为深入的探讨。
This paper discusses the preparation process of nano-TiO2 powder by sol-gel method. The FTFT-Roman spectrum and XRD indicated that the calcination temperature is the main factor which influencescrystal style and the size of the sample. From the XRD spectrum, we also calculated the size of it is about5nm^20nm. At the same time of this paper, also discusses other factors which influence the size and the crystalloid of TiO2.
