摘要
目的 为全面掌握广州地区各行业企业生产性粉尘的种类及其作业岗位的危害程度。方法 于1998～1999年分别对广州地区9大行业,2240个作业岗,10种生产性粉尘进行危害程度分级。结果 总体生产性粉尘超标率17.10％,但危害较高的生产性矽尘超标率为74.36％,生产性石棉尘超标率为50％。危害程度较高的行业主要集中在建材、化工、橡胶和造船业。结论 广州市厂企生产性粉尘危害程度不容忽视,应引起政府有关部门及企业的注意和重视。
[Objective] To completely know the categories and the hazardous degree of industrial dust. [Methods] The hazardous degree of ten categories of dust were calculated in 2240 working positions of 9 industrial fields in Guangzhou in 1998 - 1999. [Results] The total exceeded MAC rate is 17.10% ; the exceeded MAC rate of silicon dust is 74.36% ; the exceeded MAX rate of asbestos dust is 50 % . Serious hazards of dust are mainly in constructional material, chemical, rubber and ship - making industries. [Conclusion] The government and factories should pay more attention to the hazards of industrial dust.
