摘要
多排探测器是多层螺旋CT的心脏 ,扫描时控制电路将16排探测器分为4组 ,独立采集数据。它提高了图像Z轴分辨力和时间分辨力。获得的薄层图像为三维后处理提供了素材。它降低了X线剂量指数 ,提高了球管效率。DAS电路、准直器和重建算法也有新的发展。
The multi-row detector is the heart of the multi-slice spiral CT. During scan, control circuit divides the 16 row detectors into 4 groups that collected data independently. The image resolution in Z-axis and time axis is improved. The acquired thin slice images become primary material for 3 dimension post-processing. CTDI was reduced and X-ray tube efficiency is improved. There are also some new developments in DAS, collimator and reconstruction algorithm.
