摘要
胰岛素是一种常用降糖药 ,但是由于其直接口服可在胃肠道被蛋白酶迅速降解 ,临床通常采用注射给药 ,给病人带来不便。因此 ,非注射给药途径的胰岛素制剂已成为研究热点。本文综述了近几年来在胰岛素非注射途径给药方面取得的一些进展 ,尤其对口服及粘膜给药系统作了比较详尽的介绍。
Insulin is an effective drug for diabetes mellitus in clinical practice, but the main administration is injection because of its quick degradation in gastrointestinal tract. To facilitate the use of insulin in clinical practice, the non injection administration is investigated. In this article, the recent progress in research of administration system of insulin, especially the oral administration, is reviewed.
