摘要 企业知识管理活动的开展和企业的战略性发展有赖于对企业内部知识市场的了解和把握。企业中知识市场是现实存在的 ,这个市场同其他市场一样是有买卖双方以及中介、场所等组成。但是在知识市场中人们的支付方式则是互惠、名望、利他和信任。知识市场的信号表现为地位、教育、知识共同体以及非正式网络等。在知识市场中由于知识信息化水平、知识的地方性特征、信息不完备等引起知识市场的信号失灵。知识市场中垄断、贸易壁垒和人为稀缺等因素造成知识市场不合理。改变这种状况必须进行有效地知识管理 ,实现企业内部知识共享。 The understanding of the knowledge-market in an enterprise is the key factor to knowledge management activities and strategic development of the enterprise. The knowledge-market in an enterprise, which really exists like other kinds of markets, consists of two parties, the agency and place.The way of payment in the knowledge-market,however, is the mutual benefit, fame, altruism and trust. The signals of knowledge-market are manifested as status, education, knowledge-community, informal network and so on. The failure of the signals of knowledge-market might be due to the degree of knowledge-information, the local characteristics of knowledge and the imperfection of information. Monopolization, trade barrier, man-made lack of knowledge could bring the irrational knowledge-market. In order to do away with this phenomenon,it is absolutely necessary to have effective knowledge-management and knowledge-share in an enterprise.
