摘要
本文用筒便的固相反应法代替溶液离子交换制备了ZnO-、CrO_3-和MoO_3-ZSM-5催化剂,用ESR、IR和NH_3-TPD分别表征了ZnO、CrO_3与H-ZSM-5的相互作用,这种相互作用导致Zn^(2+)、Cr^(5+)进入分子筛孔道内.ZnO-ZSM-5对丙烷转化有较高的活性和芳构选择性,Cr^(5+)的引入促进了丙烷脱氢生成丙烯;在MoO_3-ZSM-5上的反应结果与H-ZSM-5的类似,这与用ESR对MoO_3/ZSM-5的表征结果一致.文中还讨论了固相反应制备催化剂机理。
This paper describes a simple method of solid state reactionfor preparation of Zno、CrO_3-、and MoO_3-ZSM-5 catalysts instead of ionexchange. ESR、IR and NH_3-TPD techniques were used to characterize theinteraction of H-ZSM-5 with ZnO、 CrO_3 respectively which leads to in-troduction of cations into the channels of zeolites. Zno-ZSM-5 is the moreactive for the propane conversion, and gives the better BTX selectivity,The loading of Cr^(5+) of ZSM-5 enhances the propane dehydrogenation topropene and MoO_3/ZSM-5 is similar react result to H-ZSM-5, which isconcordant with the result of ESR characterization to MoO_3-ZSM-5. Thispaper discusses the mechanism of prepared catalyst via solidstate reaction.
