摘要
目的:探讨咬合夹板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效。方法:采用不同的咬合夹板治疗 31 例 TMD患者。结果:疼痛、弹响、张口受限治疗3个月后的总治愈率分别为:86.6%,54.5% 和60.0%。6个月后的总治愈率分别为:93.3%,72.7% 和 80.0%。结论:临床采用咬合夹板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病是行之有效的方法。
Objective: Discussion the effect of oral splint application in tempromandibular joint disorder. Methods:31 cases with TMD were treated by different oral splints. Results: For 3 months the total curing rate of pain, click andlimited movement respectively is 86.6 %, 54.5 % and 60.0 %; for 6 months is 93.3%,72.7% and 80.0%. Conclusion:Splint application is one of practical and effective methods in clinical treatment of tempromandibular joint disorder.
