摘要
研究了大鼠脑缺血 45分钟再灌注 3天后血清及脑组织MDA、SOD、NO及NOS的变化及补阳还五汤的保护作用。结果缺血再灌注后大鼠血清及脑组织MDA和NO含量显著升高 ;脑组织SOD活性显著降低 ;NOS活力显著升高 ,补阳还五汤能有效的防止这些变化。
Objective: To study the changes of MDA, SOD, NO and NOS in serum and brain tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats and the protective effect of Buyanghuanwutang (BYHWT). [WT5”HZ]Method:[WT5”BZ] By ligating bilateral carotid for 45 min followed reperfusion 3 days in rats, the level of MDA and NO in serum and brain tissue and the activity of SOD and NOS in brain tissue were measured. [WT5”HZ]Result:[WT5”BZ] After cerebral ischemia reperfusion, the concentration of MDA and NO in serum and brain tissue was significantly increased; the activity of SOD was significantly decreased; and the activity of NOS was significantly increased. BYHWT could effectively prevent these changes. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] BYHWT may play the role of antagonizing cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by raising antioxidation of the brain tissue and reducing the content of NO and the activity of NOS.
