摘要
研究了田间种植鉴定法、种子形态鉴定法、幼苗形态鉴定法、电泳谱带鉴定法和DNA分子诊断鉴定法等5种方法在豇豆品种纯度鉴定中的标准,评析了其适用性.根据豇豆品种间各种性状的差异和不同纯度鉴定方法的适用性进行纯度鉴定可以为豇豆增产增收提供有力的保障.
The purity testing procedure in asparagus bean-including the field planting identification, seed morphologic identification, seedling morphologic identification, electrophoresis patterns identification and DNA molecular diagnoses identification were introduced and assessed. Fit purity identification procedure is dependable gist in the seed industry. It's based on the difference of characters as well as practical value of purity identification procedure. It offers powerful guarantee for increasing production in asparagus bean.
