摘要
本文报道137例误食白毒伞和鳞柄毒伞致急性食物中毒。潜伏期2～24(12.6±10.5)h。主要症状头痛、吐泻、肝区不适、心悸和少尿。呈多系统器官损害。尤以急性肾功能衰竭为主。讨论了中毒机制和治疗。
137 cases of acute poisonous mushroom poisoning caused by Amanita verna
and Amanita virosa ingestion were reported.After a latent period of 2 to 24
(12.6±10.5)hours.The patients presented unmistakable symptoms of headache.
nausea、emesis、hepatalgia、palpitation and oliguria.characteristically,all patie-
nts suffered from many organs damage and most of them showed acute renal fai-
lure.This paper will discuss the mechanism of acute poisonous mushroom poiso-
ning and its treatment.
