摘要
13例肾输尿管绞痛,于发作时给予硝苯吡啶10～20mg,嚼啐后舌下含服,结果显效率53.8%,总有效率92.3%,而对正常心率、血压无明显副作用。故可认为是治疗肾输尿管绞痛的理想疗法。本文讨论了硝苯吡啶治疗肾偷尿管绞痛的机理、疗效及副作用。
After sublingual use of chewed nifedipine tablets(l(10-20mg),the total effective
rate in 13 patients with nephro-ureteral colic at attack,was 92.3％,with no signific-
ant side-effect on heart rate and blood pressure was observed.Thus,we considered
that nifedipine was an ideal drug for the treatment for nephro-ureteral colic.The
mechanism of effect for nephro ureteral colic and side-effect of nifedipine was
discussed.
