摘要
本文从素质教育的内涵认识上着重强调了大学生优秀个性品质的培养。以动物科学教育中相对薄弱的师资力量和实践环节进行分析 ,探讨了提高动物科学专业学生素质教育的的途径和解决措施。提出更新素质教育观念 ,提高教师队伍素质 ,改善实验条件 ,加强实践技能培训的实施办法。
This paper emphasizes the cultivation of excellent personality in students. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the teaching staff as well as the students, this paper puts forward a series of effective & workable measures on the improvement of the quality education.
