摘要 宁波某5层砖混结构住宅楼处于软土地基上 ,使用中发生不均匀沉降 ,采取冲淤纠偏 ,并用静压预制锚杆桩进行托换加固 ,根据实时动态监测数据控制和调整冲淤纠偏方案 ,进行止沉加固施工。施工中未影响住户的正常生活 ,无污染 ,无噪声 ,安全可靠 。 A brick-concrete building in Ningbo is located at soft soil foundation. Unequal settlement occurred after the building was put into use. By using slant rectification technology by water logging to underground soil and underpinning with statically pressured precast pile anchoring, the strengthening works were carried out. In this process all parameters were monitored all the time while the rectification method was adjusted with changed parameters. This operation is safe enough, without pollution, noise, without affecting neighboring residents' daily life, but better integrity of the building is a precondition to meet.
