摘要
合成高活性酚醛树脂 ,用它发泡制备酚醛泡沫塑料。介绍了其制备工艺和性能 ,讨论了醛 /酚比、催化剂和反应时间对树脂性能的影响 ,以及树脂固含量、改性剂、密度对泡沫性能的影响。结果表明 :醛/酚摩尔比为1.5~2.0、采用复合催化剂时 ,树脂性能较好 ;固含量较高时 ,泡沫塑料性能好 ;泡沫密度增大 ,强度提高 。
The phenolic foam plastic is prepared by foaming of synthetic high active phenolic resin. This paper presents its preparation process and property, discusses the influence of aldehyde/phenol ratio, catalyst and reaction time on resin property, and the influence of resin solid content, modifier and density on foam property. The results show that the resin property is better when aldehyde/phenol molar ratio is 1.5~2.0 and the compound catalyst is used; the foam plastic property is good when solid content is higher; the strength is increased but the thermal insulation turns bad when foam density is accreted.
