摘要
20 0 1年 1 1月在第五次东盟与中国领导人 ( 1 0 + 1 )会议上 ,中国与东盟达成一致 ,确立了在 1 0年内建成中国—东盟自由贸易区的目标。这对双方关系的长远发展和东亚地区的繁荣稳定具有深远意义。它是中国继加入世界贸易组织后又一件对外经贸方面的重大事件。本文就这一东亚区域合作的新模式产生的国际背景 ,以及实现目标所面临的困难进行分析。
During the Fifth Convention between ASEAN and China held in November,2001,China and ASEAN reached an agreement to be committed to the establishment of China-ASEAN free trade zone in the future ten years.This brings about far-reaching significance to the long-range development of the bilateral relationship and the prosperity and stability of the East Asia area.It is an important event in terms of international business and economy following China*ss entry to WTO.This paper analyzes the international background of this new East Asia area cooperation mode and the difficulties to achieve this goal.
