摘要 考察了 O - Sialon- BN复合材料 /普碳钢摩擦副在室温条件下的摩擦磨损性能 ,采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析复合材料试样的微结构和磨损表面形貌 ,并分析了其磨损机理 .结果表明 :室温干摩擦条件下 ,O - Sialon- BN复合材料 /普碳钢摩擦副的磨合期长达 2 0 min;经过磨合期后摩擦系数稳定在 0 .82左右 ;复合材料的主要磨损机制为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损 .O - Sialon- BN复合材料具有较高的强度、硬度和断裂韧性 ,这是其具有良好抗磨性能的重要原因 .在摩擦过程中 ,O - Sialon- BN材料磨损表面形成的铁及其氧化物转移膜起一定的减摩抗磨作用 ,而 O - Sialon- BN复合材料中的 The friction and wear behavior of O'-Sialon-BN under dry sliding against a mild steel at room temperature was comparatively examined with an SRV oscillating friction and wear tester by using O'-Sialon sample as the reference. The microstructure and the worn surface morphology of the composite were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope. The results show that O'-Sialon-BN has better wear-resistance than O'-Sialon, which is related to the high strength, hardness and fracture toughness of the composite and the self-lubricating action of BN in O'-Sialon-BN. The dominant wear mechanisms for O'-Sialon in the sliding against the steel are adhesion wear and abrasive wear, and the adhesion wear and the abrasion wear are abated for the O'-Sialon-BN composite in sliding against the same counterpart because of the better mechanical properties of the latter and the self-lubrication action of BN.
