PVC/LDPE/EVA三元共混物发泡体系的研究

摘要 采用模压发泡工艺研究了PVC/LDPE/EVA共混物的发泡体系,主要讨论了工艺条件、组分及用量等对发泡体性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了泡孔结构的特点,制得泡沫微孔塑料的容重为0.2~0.24kg/m^3,性能良好,可用作鞋类和包装材料。 The foaming of PVC/LDPE/EVA moulding technology was studied by using pressure moulding foaming technique. The effects of technical condition, the composition and the content on the properties of the foam were discussed. The structure of the foam was studied with SEM, and the results were given. The weight by volume of the foam was 0.2~0.23kg/m^3, the property of the cellular foam was good, and this foam could be used for making shoes and packing materials.
