摘要
本文分析了华南地区水土资源概况 ,指出了耕地减少、质量下降、水土流失、土壤和水域污染等将是华南地区水土资源持续利用的最大障碍 ;分析了后备水土资源潜力、现有耕地潜力、坡耕地改造潜力和改革种植制度提高复种指数的潜力 。
Based on analysis of using status of land and water resources, this paper pointed out the main factors and problems for sustainable utilization and management of land and water resources in south China, which included quantities and qualities of cultivated land decreasing, Soil erosion, farm land & water areas polluting. It also put forward to some countermeasures for sustainable utilization and management of land and water resources by analysis of the potential of land and water utilization.
