摘要
将不同浓度的咖啡因和维生素E添加于冷冻前的山羊稀释精液中，测定对冷冻后山羊精子成活率的影响。结果表明：5mmol／L的咖啡因和15mg／ml的维生素E同时加入山羊稀释精液中，精子解冻后活率达0．46＋0．037，显著高于对照组0．15。
In this expeniment,the coffe and vitE of different conentrations were added to the diluted semen of goat to test the two kinds of medicines'influence on the survival rate of the sperm after the semen is frozen.The result suggests that when 5 mmol/L coffe and 15 mg/ml vitE were both added to semen simutaneously,the survival rate of the sperm in the frozen semen may increase to be 0.46±0. 037, which is significantly higher than that of the control group.
