摘要
用JSM 35CF型扫描电镜观察和分析了Ni Co P/SiC复合沉积层 ,对其中的复合相微粒SiC作表面活化预处理后参与化学沉积。结果表明 ,经表面活化后的SiC颗粒与Ni Co P基质相的结合变得较紧密 ,复合沉积层的孔隙率降低 。
The Ni Co P/SiC composite coating is observed and analyzed with JSM 35CF scanning electron microscope. The composite phase particles SiC join in the electroless deposit after surface being activated. The results show that the pretreatment can compact the combination of SiC particles and Ni Co P base phase, decrease porosity of coating, improve the condition of porosity around SiC particles in composite coating to a certain degree.
