摘要
本文比较观察了6种抗菌药对鸭疫里氏杆菌的体外抑菌效果,结果“强力星”、氯霉素、甲砚霉素、先锋霉素、阿米卡星、氨苄青霉素对该菌的最小抑菌浓度分别≤10、30、20、10、30、960μg/mL;“强力星”对实验性鸭传染性浆膜炎的治疗试验,皮下注射治愈率为87.5%,口服为77.5%。结果表明“强力星”注射液对鸭传染性浆膜炎有显著治疗效果。
Abastract:Observed the result of inhibitory test to Riemerella anatipestefer six sorts of antibacterial drugs.The result showed:the MIC of Qiang Li Xing,Chloromycetin,Thiamphenicol,Cefazolin,Amikacin,and Ampicilin against Riemerella anatipestiper were10,30,20,10,30and960μg /mL.Therapeutic experiment of Qing Li Xing injection against experimental infections serositics in ducks showed curative rate of injcetion under skin and taking orall reached87.5%and77.5%.The result showed Qiang Li Xing injection infections serositics in ducks was remarkably effective.
