摘要
在现阶段要进一步提高农业经济效益和农民收入水平的关键措施之一是要抓好农业标准化工作。实施农业标准化工作具有四个方面的重要作用 :一是将我市地方的“土特产品”转化为名特优品牌产品的需要 ,二是加速推广应用农业科技成果的需要 ,三是促进农业产业化发展的需要 ,四是迎接WTO ,参与国际竞争的需要。在回顾了农业标准化发展经历的基础上 ,指出了目前实施农业标准化存在的有利条件和不利因素 ,认为我市实施农业标准化工作任重道远 ,建议采取 8个方面的对策 :一是要提高认识 ,明确工作的指导思想和思路 ;二是要进一步加强农业标准的制 (修 )订工作 ;三是要加强对标准化工作的组织领导 ;四是要抓好农业标准化示范点建设 ;五是要加大普及、宣传、推广农业标准化工作的力度 ;六是要把农业标准化与创建品牌产品结合起来 ;七是要建立、健全标准化监测体系 ;八是要稳定增加对标准化工作的资金投入。
In order to improve the agricultural profit and peasant′s income,it is key to operate the agricultural standardization efficiently. The agricultural standardization plays important roles in four sides,such as transferring the local special products to the famcus products,accelerating to apply the fruits of agricultural technology,promoting the agricultural industrialization,and entering WTO to take part in the international competition.In retrospect of thehistory of agricultural standardization of Nanjing,the current favorable and unfavorable factors are put forward.As there is still a long way to fully realize the agricultural standardization,we should take measures in different ways,such as strengthening the idea of agricultural standardization as well as understanding the guidlines and directions of the work,improving the plan and design of agricultural standardization,promoting the macro-control in the process of agricultural atandardization,conducting the example construction for agricultural standardization,deepening the propaganda of agricultural standardization,combining the agricultural standardization work with the creatian of famous brands,establishing and enhancing the supervisory system,and improving the investment stably on the agricultural standardization.[HJ5:1]
