摘要
探讨了利用超声波探伤仪测定耐火材料热震结构损伤的可行性。结果表明:对于在试验温度范围内不发生物理化学变化的耐火材料,如镁尖晶石砖,用超声波探伤仪测定其热震结构损伤具有可行性;而对那些在试验温度范围内发生物理化学变化的耐火材料,如含钛酸铝制品,是不可行的。对于含碳的制品,应选择适宜的超声波频率,才能获得较好的试验效果。
This paper studied the feasibility of determining or comparing the thermal shock structure'damage of refractories by ultrasound wave flaw detector. The results indicate that it is practicable to determine and compare the thermal shock structure damage by use of ultrasound wave flaw detector for the brick without physical & chemical change occuring at the temperature range of experiment, for example, magnesia spinel brick and, it is not practicable for aluminum titanate because physical & chemical change occurs at the temperature range of experiment. A suitable ultrasound wave frequency should be chosen for the products containing carbon in order to get a useful results.
