摘要
中小企业摆脱困境的唯一出路 ,就是积极进行信息化建设。为此 ,应进一步加强政府的宏观引导与政策支持 ,配合企业经营体制改革 ,加大资金投入 ,结合中小企业实际合理选择开发模式 ,找准突破点 ,推进中小企业信息化建设。
An important approach of status promotion of MSEs is to develop their management information system.So the government should strengthen its macro-policy support and information orientation.To meet with the reforming and adjustment of MSEs,the government should invest more in the information system development and finally form appropriate model of information system and keep pace with the information era around the world.
