摘要
针对油库的生产特点,分析了油库发生火灾和爆炸的主观原因和客观原因,阐述了防止油库发生火灾和爆炸的技术措施及安全生产的管理措施。
To aim at the characteristics of the oil store, subjective and impersonal reasons of fire and explosion accident in some of oil stores are analyzed. The safety technical and management measures are discussed for their protection.
