摘要
以 3(3′ ,5′二叔丁基 4′羟基苯基 )丙酸甲酯 (简称 3,5甲酯 )与环己醇为原料 ,二丁基氧化锡为催化剂合成了 3(3′ ,5′二叔丁基 4′羟基苯基 )丙酸环己酯酯。考查了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间及物料配比等因素的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,反应的最佳条件为 :3,5甲酯投料量 2 9.2 g ,反应温度 130~ 14 0℃ ,催化剂0 .3g ,反应时间 5h ,3,5 甲酯与环己醇摩尔比 1∶1.1。在此条件下 ,产物收率在 98%以上 ,并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行组成结构表征。
Cyclohexyl 3 (3′,5′ di tert butyl 4′ hydroxyphenyl) propionate was prepared by transesterifying methyl 3 (3′,5′ di tert butyl 4′ hydroxyphenyl) propionate(MDBHP) with cyclohexanol in the presence of organo tin as a catalyst. The usable catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and ratio of raw materials were studied. The experimental results showed that while 29.2 g MDBHP was charged in, the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 130140 ℃, catalyst 0.3 g, reaction time 5 h, and MDBHP∶cyclohexanol=1∶1.1. Under these conditions, the yield of the product could be up to 98%. The composition and structure of the product was characterized by element analysis, IR, and 1 HNMR.
