摘要
为掌握江苏省 8～ 10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况 ,保障可持续消除碘缺乏病 (IDD)目标的实现 ,我省对 30个抽样点进行了调查 ,结果 116 0名目标人群尿碘中位数为 333.7μg/ L,甲状腺肿大率触诊法为 2 .8% ,B超法为 1.4 % ,表明江苏省已处于可持续消除碘缺乏病的发展阶段 。
In order to reveal the iodine nutrition status of schoolchildren aged from 8 to 10 years in Jiangsu Province, a PPS random sampling survey was conducted in Jiangsu Province (except for iodine excess areas), which urinary iodine, salt iodine and goiter rate were evaluated among 1 160 children. The median concentration of urinary iodine is 333.7(g/L, and the goiter rate measured by palpation is 2.8%, by ultrasound of 1.4%. The iodine nutrition status in population is within normal range and iodine deficiency has been sustainedly eliminated in Jiangsu.
