摘要
在 ( 2 5± 1 )℃水温条件下 ,通过急性毒性实验 ,探讨非离子氨对NO- 2 —N作用于草鱼种毒性的影响。结果表明 ,在不加非离子氨时 ,NO- 2 —N对草鱼种 4 8hrLC50 和 96hrLC50 值分别为 6.76、5 .99mg/L ,而当非离子氨达 0 .8mg/L ,其值分别为 3.5 4、2 .4 1mg/L。这说明非离子氨增强了NO- 2
At the water temperature of (25±1) ℃,the impact of toxicity of non-iron ammonia on breed of grass Carp is discussed by acute toxicity test.It shows that the values of 48 hrLC 50 and 96hrLC 50 are 6.76 mg/L and 5.99 mg/L respectively without adding non-iron ammonia.When the concentration of non-iron ammonia reaches to 0.8 mg/L,the values are 3.54 mg/L and 2.41 mg/L respectivily.It explains that non-iron ammonia increases the lethal effect of non-iron ammonia on breed of grass carp.
