摘要
提出了在平差模型中附加面积尺度参数 ,并采用带参数的条件平差方差分量估计来确定不同观测值的权 ,以进行宗地面积处理 .为了检验面积的尺度性系统误差的显著性 ,利用平差计算的结果进行了显著性假设检验 .并采用四种面积处理方案对实例进行计算和比较 .理论分析和实际计算表明 ,附加尺度参数 ,可以更好地减弱或探测宗地数字化中的面积尺度性系统误差的影响 .同时 ,在面积系统性误差较大的情况下 ,附加面积尺度参数来处理是必要的 ,其效果也是明显的 .
Error analysis and processing for spatial data is one of the key issues in GIS research.In the land and housing fundamental geographic information system,the cadastral parcel is one of the most important objects.The area of a parcel is the key attribute with legal authorization.However,in cadastral parcel digitization for capturing data,it is unavoidable to have errors.As a result,with the propagation of errors in the vertexes of a parcel,the digitized cadastral area is not equal to the authorized area.Therefore,it is one of the focus problems to minimize the effects of the digitized errors to upgrade the accuracy of digitized vertexes to ensure the precision of the area attribute in GIS database.In this paper,the cadastral area processing is further investigated.The area adjustment models considering area scale error are firstly presented.The reason is that in the parcel area digitization,the systematic error has great effect on the parcel area due to errors in transformation between different coordinates systems and image correction.Since the area and the coordinates of the parcels are treated as observations,while these are two different kinds of observations,it is important to determine the weights between these two kinds of observations.Therefore,the variance component estimation with parameters based on the condition adjustment is then used to solve this problem.The fit tests are further conducted to determine the obviousness of area scale error.Four models of area adjustment are then proposed according to the practical cases.Through the theoretical analysis and case studies,we come to the conclusions that the area scale parameters in area adjustment are better to be detected so as to minimize the effect of the systematic error in area adjustment.
