基底动脉瘤的诊断和治疗 被引量:3

摘要 在颅内动脉瘤中,基底动脉瘤的治疗比较困难。随着影像诊断、显微外科和血管内治疗技术的不断发展,基底动脉瘤的治疗效果明显改善。基底动脉瘤需要根据患者情况、动脉瘤血管影像特点,采取有效的外科手术治疗或血管内治疗。
