摘要
目的 通过动物模型C57小鼠及人头皮的激光脱毛实验 ,探讨长脉冲翠绿宝石激光的脱毛机制。方法 用长脉冲翠绿宝石激光 (波长 75 5nm ,脉宽 2 0ms,光斑直径 10mm)对C57小鼠和人头皮进行脱毛实验研究 ,治疗能量密度 10~ 2 5J cm2 ,两次治疗间隔为 2~ 4周。临床观察激光照射前后的毛发改变情况 ,光镜、电镜下观察治疗前后毛囊及皮肤其他结构的病理改变。结果 长脉冲翠绿宝石激光对毛发生长期毛囊有选择性损伤作用 ;通过损伤毛根鞘细胞及毛母质细胞 ,最终达到毛囊萎缩 ,毛发不再生长。结论 应用适当能量密度进行治疗 。
Objective To investigate the effect and pathogenesis of long pulsed alexandrite laser on hair removal. Methods Fifteen cases of C 57 mice as the animal model were treated with the long pulsed alexandrite laser of fluences between 10 and 25 J/cm 2. The treatment interval was 2-4 weeks. Light microscopic and electron microscopic examinations were carried out to observe the histological change. Human scalp was also chose for investigation. Results Histological study showed that only anagen hair follicles were treated effectively by alexandrite laser. After the laser irradiation, the hair root sheath cells and matrix cells were damaged, then the follicle atrophy and the hair no longer regrows. Conclusions Using a proper fluence, hair removal with no side effects is possible by long pulsed alexandrite laser.
